question : How could I get samples?

answer :

We can supply some free samples ( total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a FedEx or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. If the total value of samples is more than 10 US dollars, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight.We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment.If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company.Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

	question : What about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city or country?
	answer : If you can sell our products worth above 100,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth USD 1000,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your country. We are very glad to establish long term and further cooperation / partnership / agent with you

	question : What shall we do if we're not satisfied with your products, services or your staff?
	answer : Don't worry when you're strictly angry with our products, services or maybe somebody. Please write your dissatisfaction and complains directly to service@cncyberport.com Our General Manager will personally deal with the problems you may unfortunately encounter.

	question : What's the warranty of your products?
	answer : 3-12 months, depending on the product. To obtain warranty replacement, return the product freight prepaid to the address below within the duration of the warranty.

	question : What's your usual payment term for orders?
	answer : At present ,we can accept T/T (Telecom Transfer) and transferring Western Union , for the order are more than 50,000 usd,we may accept L/C at sight. We never accept Credit Cards.

question : Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

answer :

Yes you can. Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen printing. The minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2,000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or TIFF format. If you want your logo and company name to be printed on the package for the products (custom design package), such as gift box and paper card, the minimum order is 5,000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw formats. All the OEM/ODM orders are welcome.

	question : How can the products be sent to us?
	answer : For small quantity or weight less than 45kg, sent usually by courier. For orders from 45 to 500kg, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. Basically, the transportation depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation method, destination country (airport, sea port).

	question : Can you arrange the transportation for us?
	answer : Yes. We can arrange transportation by sea or by air.

question : How to place an order?

answer :

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
A) Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
B) Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
C) Delivery time required
D) Freight payment (by collect or prepay)
E) Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China or Hong Kong)

	question : How can I get your price list / delivery time?
	answer : In General, except special requirements, we quote based on Ex-Factory. We can quote based on FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong. Always fast delivery, in general, it is stock or 3-15 days depend on your requirements and detailed items. Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information. 	question : What kind of shipment will you use?
	answer : We ship the goods by your appointed forwarder such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and all available airlines. If you don't mind what's the forwarder is, usually we ship goods below 20kg by Fedex express,TNT express, 21~100kg by DHL express and over 100kg by air freight. If the quantity is very large, we may ship by ocean container.

	question : What about your freight charges?
	answer : We offer preferential freight price at 15~40% discount based on the uniform price of DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and many airlines in the world. Whether your shipments are ordered from us or not, freight price is subject to your shipment's weight. And we only send the special freight price list (rates chart) to the customers who have ordered products from us.

	question : How much for the courier freight will be for the samples?
	answer : Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.
